PROSECCO
DOC BRUT

Brut is the driest version of Prosecco, and Bellissimas' is aromatic and elegant, with delicate scents of green apple and freshly baked bread. Uncorked at the very last minute, Bellissima Brut is fabulous to sip alongside seafood, particularly shellfish, sushi, and sashimi.

ZERO SUGAR
SPARKLING WINE

By leaving the organic Glera grapes in autoclave for 7 months, Bellissima achieves a fresh sparkling wine with zero sugars or artificial flavors. Perfectly balanced and pleasantly acidic, it is velvety and dry, with hints of white flowers and grapefruit. Uncorked at the very last minute, Bellissima Zero pairs beautifully with oysters, caviar, and raw fish.

SPARKLING
ROSE WINE

A lively Sparkling Rosé, with a fine and persistent perlage. Fresh on the palate with delicate floral notes, and fruity hints of cherry and strawberry. Made from 90% organic Glera grapes and 10% organic Pinot Noir grapes.
